Company sale Start-up in the Industry 4.0 segment

Dhe IT-Firmenmakler GmbH advised the start-up on the sale and was able to sell it to a medium-sized mechanical engineering company as a buyer.

The latter took over the start-up and integrated it into his company, in the area of machine maintenance.

Purchase software company

The client is a large service company with an internal IT department.

In order to strengthen its own know-how in the software segment and to accelerate the digital transformation, the service company commissioned IT-Firmenmakler GmbH to search for a suitable target company.

After extensive research, several target companies were shortlisted by the client. In a further step, the target companies were approached regarding a possible purchase interest.

Negotiations took place with three target companies and it was possible to purchase one of these companies. 

The new subsidiary can continue to operate independently and, with the new owner, has a strong partner and internal client for software development.    

Search for new shareholder for IT service provider

The company is an IT service provider in which one of the shareholders, for personal reasons, has reoriented himself and has sought a buyer for his shares.

IT-Firmenmakler GmbH was commissioned by the shareholder to approach possible buyers.

Possible interested parties were contacted via the existing network of contacts and a new shareholder was found, who will take over the company's further growth in terms of content and strategy.
